Member's Perk! These specialist specific workouts will help develop muscle memory and strengthen the core muscles needed for kicking/punting. The virtual group workout will be hosted twice a week by Coach Daniel via Microsoft Teams every Wednesday evening at 5:30pm, and Sunday morning at 10am.
Please provide us 6 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling your session, workout, or consultation.
